Originally introduced with a Les Paul Junior style body, the Gibson EB-0 evolved into an SG-shaped bass in the early 1960s. Production spanned 1959 and 1979. But it From 1969 the EB-0 was equipped with an "open" head, like on a classical guitar (see photos).
The EB-0L here is a large scale version of the EB-0 with a scale of 34" instead of 30.5" for an EB-0.
